ARCHITECTURAL
DESIGN
Beautifully creative designs from our architectural design team. Our firm is flexible in producing innovative design for all types of residential architecture, from drawings to construction, whether it be garden rooms, house extensions, loft conversions, or new-build houses.
The service is ideal for projects which require planning permission and building regulations approval, or clients looking for architectural plans for a lawful certificate only.
HOUSE EXTENSIONS
Make the most out of your living space, with an open plan extension. Our extension services are flexible, from simply constructing a basic extension shell to fully finished turn-key extensions ready for living in.
This service is entirely bespoke, and many specifications can be requested to make your extension unique.
Only pay an initial deposit of 15% and pay the rest in stages as the build progresses.
GARDEN ROOMS
Experience all the comforts of a modern home in your garden! We provide a range of luxury high specification garden rooms and house extensions constructed exclusively with SIP panels with PIR insulated cores (one of the best insulation products on the market).
We offer optional bespoke services for you to create your dream garden space from design to manufacturing, or a simplified "off-the-shelf" design ready for construction.
ECHO POD
Starting from £7,250 inc. VAT
A 2.44 x 2.44 meter Garden Pod, cladded in an anthracite grey exterior, made entirely of structurally insulated panels with PIR insulated cores. Exceeding in thermal performance (PUR insulation), durability and comfort, the Echo provides for stylish and affordable garden living spaces.
The Echo Pod range can be used for both garden rooms (separate from your house) or as house extensions (attached to your house).
